So we all are living in the era of super high competition. It is almost everywhere. And even if we are brave enough to face them all, there are times we feel down, worthless, and demotivated. We feel we are lacking something from inside.

So before jumping on to the solution, let’s understand the problem thoroughly. Why we need motivation? Answer is – We need it because we do the things we are not interested. Just for the sake of recognition, fame, and money, we go on gather some fake motivation and put all our efforts into it and end up messing with our own emotional system. So the first step towards getting permanent motivation is by understanding what you love.

And…the thing which you love may not give you fame and money, but will definitely keep you away from stress depression and lack of motivation.
