New Delhi:
The residents of Delhi woke up to a pleasant Thursday morning as light showers brought relief from the humid weather over the past few days.
The rain, which marks the onset of the monsoon in the city, also brought down the temperature from around 40 degrees Celsius.
Usually, the southwest monsoon arrives in the city on June 27.
