Cucumber promotes detoxification in the body. It helps in controlling cholesterol. Increases immunity. Controls blood pressure, and also helps in reducing obesity. Let’s know how this cucumber buttermilk is made.

Ingredients :

Yogurt – 1 cup, Grated cucumber – 1/2 cup, Mint leaves – 2 spoons, Thick crushed roasted cumin – 1 spoon, Red Chilli powder – 1/2 spoon, Black salt – according to taste, Green coriander – for garnish.

Method :

When make cucumber masala buttermilk, first mix yogurt and grated cucumber and mint leaves in a blending jar hand blend it well. You can add water if need to make this mixtures like juice. Now put this mixture in a glass jug and add cumin, red chilli powder and black salt to it and mix it together. Now garnish this drink with coriander leaves and serve it.
